At Swix we're in need of a passionate Product Designer who can

translate their creativity into products that will bring our

customers closer towards turning their dreams into reality!

What You'll Do:

Do you want to take Swix to the next level? We are looking for a

creative Product Designer with a sustainable mindset who grasps

the role of sports in design.

As a Product Designer you have the responsibility for product

design including conceptualization, function, fabrics, materials,

trims, colors and product packaging, always with a sustainable

approach.



Key Tasks:

  • Execute developments from concept to production ready

products.

  • Responsible for product design including conceptualization,

function, fabrics, materials, trims, colors and product

packaging, always with a sustainable approach.

  • Attention to strategic design to meet price targets.
  • Follow up prototype creation and development until the

delivery of pre-production samples, according to the product

development process within BRAV´s Global timeline.

  • Develop and maintain product specification and other

product technical information updated in relevant PLM and

PIM systems, for both new and carry-over styles.

  • Ensure optimal quality according to BOM in cooperation with

BRAV´s QC department.

  • Specifying sourcing of fabrics, materials and trims

requirements and hand over to sourcing manager.

  • Responsible for measurement specifications and to achieve

the required fit. Plan and conduct fit sessions for assigned

products.

  • Communicate daily with offices and factories.
  • Always meet BRAV’s Global timeline.
  • Correspond with vendors: Execute developments from

concept to production ready products.

  • Presentation internally and externally: Professionally present

product range, concepts and products to both internal and

external stakeholders.

  • Close cooperation with the marketing and e-com department

to gain sales.

  • Monitoring market and competitor brands: Keeping up to

date with relevant competitors and market trends.

Who are we looking for?

Must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Product Design or similar

field.

  • Extensive experience from similar positions. Preferably from

the outdoor industry with experience of gloves, mittens and

headwear.

  • Min 3+ years of textile/garment industry experience.
  • Very good English language skills, both verbally and written.
  • Extensive proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,

InDesign, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of business applications tools (ERP and PLM) is

a plus.

  • Knowledge within the market, aslo globally.
  • knowledge with 3D design and tools.

approach.
