Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the driving force behind our sales growth, crafting strategic initiatives, and fostering relationships with key players in the wholesale channel.

Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop and secure sustainable growth, implement efficient sales strategies, and lead the sell-in process.
  • Manage the sales department budget, ensure compliance with guidelines, and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
  • Establish a seamless teamwork flow across departments, including product development, marketing and supply chain, ensuring an in-depth understanding of our exceptional products and value chain.


  • A minimum of 3 years in B2B sales and sales management, preferably in the outdoor industry.
  • Experience with working strategically in different sales channels with various distributors.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Norwegian and English language, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Proficient in digital productivity tools, ERP systems, and digital sales management tools.
