As Key Account Manager in Brav you have the full responsibility of sales to our most important group of accounts.
You will work in a team of highly dedicated people with passion for the brands, the customers and the sports and outdoor activities that we represent. The KAM position has P&L responsibility for a selected group of brands or categories and customers.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
Sales
Develop and secure sustainable organic growth in all categories
Follow targets of sales, revenue and expense control
Develop and secure future, long lasting and professional partnership with all key accounts according to distribution plan
Further develop and secure success of B2B order platform both for pre orders and reorders
Collaborate close with all sales reps and other key accounts in wholesale
Product knowledge
Develop sustainable teamwork with all product departments
Secure a high level of own product knowledge in all categories
Secure a high level of product knowledge in your categories across the wholesale department
Market knowledge
Secure high level of information on trends in the industry
Secure high level of information about other brands and products
Qualifications Requirements:
The main qualification requirements for the position are set out, but not limited, to the paragraphs below:
Minimum 3 years academic degree (bachelor or similar)
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
Very good native and English language skills, both verbally and written
Strong knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/GSuite)
Strong knowledge of business applications tools (ERP, PLM)
Experience in key account management
Experience and knowledge about digital salesmanagement such as B2B site and order management systems
Experience in customer relationship management
