Helly Hansen is looking for a Social Media Manager

Key responsibilities: Execution and Management
Day to day responsibility for the management of Helly Hansen's global social media presence in alignment with our overall digital and marketing strategies.
Develop social media strategies and plans that contribute to growth and performance against our strategic objectives and KPIs.
Manage agency relationships to execute and evolve our paid social media activity.
Plan and manage our social media calendar with input from central, regional and local stakeholders in alignment with our overall marketing plans and objectives.
Manage publishing to our social media channels in collaboration with central, regional and local contributors, in alignment to plans and strategies.
Test and evolve. Analyze performance, develop reports, provide actionable insights and implement improvements to our social media activation.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in support of our sports marketing and event activations.
Brief and coordinate creative development of social media campaigns, assets and advertisement together with internal content producers and external agencies and partners.
Empower our organization, partners and professionals to improve activation in social media and to support our social media strategy.
Discover emerging trends and opportunities within social media and our target audiences to inform the future development of a best practice social media presence.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
Experience in social media management
3+ years combined marketing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with an attention to details
Ability to think strategically, while also executing on day-to-day responsibilities
Strong project management and coordination skills
Ability to empower others to execute on your plans and strategic direction
Get the best out of a team with and inspirational, solution oriented and positive mindset
Strong operational knowledge of marketing tools and tactics
Ability to work longer hours during peak periods / seasons to ensure completion of tasks
Willing to multitask and work under pressure
The ability to aggregate data and generate actionable insights to inspire and implement course corrections and improvements
Experience from sports marketing or an interest for skiing or sailing sports is a plus
