Helly Hansen is looking for a Product Manager Outdoor/Midlayer/Baselayer category
We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our Outdoor team. This key role will be part of the product creation team within a new strategic growth opportunity.
The main task is to create innovative and authentic product stories through insights of our professional partners, consumers and our purpose and values. Other primary tasks are creation of product assortments that supports our global brand longevity and commercial relevance.
Key Accountabilities:
Create world-class product and brand stories through innovation, consumer, and professional insights.
Spearhead internal collaborative work from a product idea to launch globally.
Develop extensive knowledge and be a source of information on product, consumers, competitors, customers, and trends.
Develop seasonal product briefs according to category strategy, financial targets, key market-, consumer-, and customer needs. This includes developing a product range that support a brand building and commercial perspective.
Manage all product information management tools.
Support in category and product presentations to internal and external stakeholders. This includes customer meetings, training of internal sales force and customer operations, and seasonal marketing meetings.
Develop seasonal product price strategies according to market needs and financial targets and support in seasonal pricing meetings with HH salesforce.
Analyze internal orderbooks and financial data to drive insight for the rest of the category team.
Build competitor analysis with insights relevant for the development and launch of new seasonal products and collections.
Support and manage the development of seasonal sell-in tools, including seasonal buyers’ guides.
Work closely with the rest of the organization, including designers and developers, and be a positive contribution to the work culture.

Project management experience between multiple seasons and touchpoints
Being able to balance brand and commercial relevance
Strong relationship and collaborative mentality
Effective presentation and communication ability
Must be fluent in written and spoken English

Graduate (preferably with a business and/or marketing degree)
Worked 5+ years with product creation and marketing

MS-Office, especially Excel & Power Point
