Role accountabilities 

  • Develop the vision and strategy for our new loyalty proposition; creating enabled experiences, that engender stickiness, by helping people stay & feel alive 
  • Through a scaled ideation approach, explore new engagement opportunities & adapt plans based on customer insights & market trends
  • Act as a business lead on a variety of technology-based processes and systems to ensure technology is an enabler of customer loyalty, not a barrier 
  • Work cross functionally & drive communication with other stakeholders across the business (IT, Marketing (Brand, Sports Marketing, Retention, Digital Comms), Ecommerce, Pro Team, Analytics, Creative & Legal) 
  • Work with internal teams to ensure business requirements are translated into deliverables
  • Own the product roadmap; including the planning of new product launches & managing commercial success
  • Ensure brand consistency with creative and development teams 

Knowledge, skills, and experience

  • 4-8 years of experience working in digital product and/or loyalty environment 
  • A key understanding of technical systems and how they integrate & experience working with technical stakeholders (E.g: IT/ Developers etc.)  
  • Excellent communication, influencing & stakeholder skills – able to drive change within the company with the ability to improve existing processes or establish new ones when necessary 
  • Confident in managing ambiguity, setting direction & prioritising work 
  • In depth knowledge and experience of customer re-engagement, and retention strategies 
  • Experience with Magento, Adobe Experience Manager & Salesforce CRM is a plus
