This role will manage and coordinate the communication & PR tasks within the central team.
Support the development of creative solutions to drive better results – principally around the area of PR and brand communications.
- Develop and maintain a visceral understanding of the HH Brand and products, and the dynamic interaction between Brand, Customer and Consumer
- Motivate and guide internal & external players in the development of creative and effective PR programs
- Work closely with professional partners to develop and maximize PR and media opportunities
- Create seasonal global press releases and briefs as well as develop and edit press releases and written material for external communications
- Identify and act on opportunities to leverage PR “wins” to effect sell-in and sell through
- Identify and act on opportunistic and strategic PR opportunities when possible (big ideas)
- Ensure brand copy consistency across platforms and channels
- Develop and utilize communication tools to support brand effort (adapted to PR or social media use)
- Participate as part of the brand team in the creative development of seasonal campaigns
- Engage with creatives and creative choices (concepts, images, footage, films etc.)
Support the execution and maintenance of world class communication campaigns (as part of the central brand team)
- Work closely with regional PR agencies, coordinating seasonal briefs, seasonal campaigns, meetings and general agency correspondence
- Work with media monitoring agencies, focusing on media analysis and seasonal reports
- Coordinate tasks, briefs, timeline and follow-up with PR agencies
- Support the seasonal processes (with brand & marketing team) which results in seasonal PR briefs
- Develop standardized templates and processes for press releases and internal / external information flows
- Align marketing teams internally on ideas, timelines and executions (digital, retail, brand and regional)
- Manage and coordinate seasonal events, including developing strategic ideas, planning alongside key internal & external partners, execution and follow-up
- Coordinate the submission process for various product, design and brand awards
- Oversee, develop and distribute the companywide newsletter
- Ensure and support consistent and uniform implementation and reporting of KPI across regions and within Central Marketing
- Oversee the integration of PR communication tools across marketing platforms/tools
- Develop and edit copy for various brand, digital and product needs
- Coordinate and ensure branding is respected internally and externally
- Guard and develop brand language/writing for external and internal communications
- Strict financial planning and budget management of tasks (Always on, or under, budget!)

Experience / Skills Required
- Ability and appetite to deal with many balls in the air. Multi-task under pressure of timelines

- Strong project management skills / abilities
- Ability to work and manage projects independently
- Experience with event-planning and execution

- Proficient user of Microsoft office products (emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Abode creative suite is a plus (InDesign)
- Strong writing / copywriting skills
- Excellent/native proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Education: Preferred Communication / Business college degree and 3 years relevant experience

This position is a full-time temporary employment (at least one year) at our Oslo Headquarters, but working remote from time to time can be agreed.
