Customer Experience Representative with great interest for the outdoors

We are currently searching for a positive, outgoing and service minded person to join our Customer Experience Department. Our goal is to provide a unique experience to all our customers and become the very best Customer Service of the outdoor industry.


As a part of the Customer Experience team you will have the responsibility and opportunity to contribute to our goals of creating a positive, solution oriented work environment. The person we are looking for has great passion for the outdoors, and who shares our companies values; Competent, Curious, Passionate & Supportive. 


It is an advantage if you have experience from Retail and/or the outdoor industry.  


The role is shift based and requires someone who can work flexible hours. 
Our current 8 week shift plan includes: 


  • 5 weeks shift from 08-16
  • 2 weeks evening shift from 15-23 
  • 1 week morning shift at 06-14 
  • every 8th week you will have a working weekend covering both Saturday and Sunday from 13-21
  • after working weekend you will have Monday and Friday off 
  • red days on shift


Our HQ is located at Lysaker where work normally is conducted. At the moment we have a combination of both working from home and from our HQ.


Responsibilities and tasks

  • Provide excellent customer service to all B2B and B2C customers from all different channels and according to agreed KPIs (time and quality)
  • Excellent internal communication, support and coordination with repair and external service centers, sales coordinators, supply chain coordinators, warehouse/ Logistics staff and accountings personnel to make sure excellent customer services are provided
  • Know the Norrøna collection at a good level in terms of technical and functional features
  • Proactively suggest routine improvements
  • Proactively report to leader on critical information from customers and market


Qualifications & Qualities 

  • Good knowledge of products from the outdoor industry
  • Experience from customer service environment, or experience from retail sector
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be able to work comfortably in Norwegian and English
  • Fluency in French or German language is an advantage 
  • Must be able to multitask in several communication channels at the same time
  • Comfortable working with phone, chat and mail as a work tool
