Haglöfs AS is now recruiting a Key Account Manager to Norway. The position is a permanent full-time position that reports directly to the Country Manager Norway. As a true outsider by nature and an experienced saleswoman/man you will be an important contributor in developing the Haglöfs brand on the Norwegian market together with the Country Manager and the rest of the team.

Haglöfs develops, sells and distributes premium outdoor equipment for anyone who wants to explore the outdoors. By focusing on high quality, durability and functionality, we ensure great outdoor experiences for our consumers. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving a profitable sales and customer agenda for key customers, with focus both on maximizing sales growth from existing customers as well as developing new accounts. You will also be responsible for managing and meeting your customers needs from sell in, to staff training and merchandising support, focused on delivering strong sell through. You are also expected to contribute to the functional development of the sales team and reaching the Norwegian teams strategic goals.


The job will require travelling to visit customers in the area, attendance at trade shows, international sales meetings and brand events.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for a person who aspires to have full area sales responsibilities and thrives to be part of, and contributes, to the success of the team. As a person, the right candidate has a genuine interest in outdoor products and lifestyle. To be considered for the job you:

  • Have minimum 4 years of experience from customer management including negotiations, preferably within a retail or wholesales environment, preferably from the outdoor or sports industry
  • Are commercially oriented with a high level of own drive and initiative
  • Are structured and able to plan ahead strategically
  • Have strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Have a good understanding of the outdoor and retail business value chain.
  • You have great collaboration skills
  • You communicate fluently in both Norweigan and English

You are further a positive person who chooses to see challenges as opportunities. And did we forget to mention - you have a strong passion for the outdoors and are ideally practicing any outdoor activities yourself.
